The forum on Renewable, Energy Independence and Climate Change will be held on Thursday, March 27 at the library, from 6:30-8:00 pm. Refreshments will be served.The presenter will be Lou Schwartzkopf, Minnesota State University Professor of Physics. He will be addressing the question: Can Minnesota switch to renewable energy sources such as wind and ethanol fast enough to avoid shortages and mitigate the effects of global warming? His assessment of where we stand now and a possible target for sustainable future will be shared.
