Come Cook With Me-Pat Dibble

Pat Dibble's Come Cook With Me was selected as the location of the library's Hot Reads For Cold Nights program on Tuesday. Nineteen people showed up at noon to learn how to cook two dishes, chicken enchilada and baked spaghetti and everyone agreed they were very good. An extra treat was Mac and Cheese from scratch with flour, two cheeses and scalded milk. Very tasty!

Usually our programs are at night, as we know most people work and find it difficult to attend a daytime program. We decided to try a noon program and invite the local businesses to come and join us in a daytime Hot Reads program. The program was very well attended with room for just a few more.

Pat told us a little about her business and the cooking classes that she tries to have monthly. She also mentioned that she has special classes for groups that want to have a more private lesson or to celebrate a special occasion. We are very grateful to Pat and her business of allowing us to have an adult library program.
