Olde Fashioned Christmas at the Library

On Saturday, December 13th the library participated in Kasson's Olde Fashioned Christmas. The staff was keep busy helping over 230 people who stopped by the library to sign up for our two drawings (one for children & one for adults), write letters to Santa, make norwegian ornaments, and a scavenger hunt within the businesses.

Our children's Librarian Ingvild Herfindahl shared with the children how to make a norwegian ornament like her mother did for her as a child. These ornaments can also be a basket for candy to hang on the tree.
