AARGH! You Landlubbers if you dare- come to one of the two Pirates Storytimes this week and learn about our lives, ships and adventures on the high seas. You can even make your very own Pirate Parrot to wear on your shoulder. additional photos of this event can be found on:http://www.flickr.com/photos/kassonlibrary/Our Summer Reading Program Make A Splash is doing great with 650 children signed up (as of today) and reading. The children receive our library bucks for hours that they read which they spend at the library store during our Grand Finale in the Park Wednesday, July 28th at 10 am.

Tuesday, June 29th WOW!! 65+ children and adults attended the 10:30 am storytime! To say we were crowded was an understatement but all who attend get along well and share our small space well.
