The Friends' of the Kasson Public Library are proud to announce Pat Coy as their 2010 Friend of the Year.Pat has been instrumental in key areas of the organization: volunteering for the library's monthly Books on Wheels (BOW) program at Prairie Meadows and helped develop a new logo for the Friends. She is currently working on bringing awareness of the Friends organization within the three libraries (Dodge Center,Kasson, and West Concord). The Friends ' of the Dodge County Libraries will have a booth at this year's Dodge County Expo Saturday, March 27 at Triton High School 8-2 pm.
At the annual Friend's meeting, Saturday, February 20th at the County Seat Cafe, Friends' Chair Clint Patterson honored Pat for her dedicated service with the status of Friend of the Year. She received an individual plaque and a collective plaque of past Friend's of the Year is on display at the Kasson Library.
The Kasson Library staff would like to thank Pat and the Friend's for helping with many projects that benefit the library.
