The Kasson Public Libray will host its free large program to children who have signed up for the summer reading program Catch the Reading Bug today 26th at 1 PM at the KM Elementary Gym. Jamie and Melissa Pastika of the Minnesota RADZoo (Reptile & Amphibian Discovery) will present the Wonderful World of Reptiles & Amphibians



fun family event being sponsored by KMTelecom. Darin Steffl, a young man in Kasson, is organizing Family Movie Nights at North Park this summer. The first movie night is this Friday, June 28th Bring your blanket or chairs and a snack. They will have a big screen and projector, showing "The Bee Movie" at 9:00 p.m. on Friday (6/27/08).

Jamie and Melissa Pastika of the Minnesota RadZoo (Reptile & Amphibian Discovery) will present the Wonderful World of Reptiles & Amphibians this presentations will be informative, engaging, and interactive. The program provides an enjoyable experience forthe audience, while instilling a greater understanding of these unique animals and the incredible lives they live. The presenters have a background with a combined experience of more than twenty years as professional animal keepers. They both have Bachelor of Science degrees, Jamie in zoo-science and Melissa in biology.

Pat Coy, local piano teacher, brought her students to perform for the Prairie Meadows residents and everyone throughly enjoyed the six perfomances. Pat is a member of the Friends of the Kasson Library and helps with the monthly Outreach program (Books On Wheels) with Library Director Bonnie Adams to provide entertainment and information to the residents.
